These are the free online resources which I encourage my clientele to use toward their psychological benefit. Many of the listed resources are more focused on the health of the body, than the mind. At Flick Connection we place great emphasis on the mind-body connection to help clients understand the most rapid way to improve their mental health. 


Flick Connection believes the four pillars of physical health to be:
